Comment | If he's been to court and been found guilty of violence and making threats, and courts have issued multiple restraining orders, then there's no liability. It's a matter of public record and truth is a defence for defamation. Whether that falls foul of Reddit's doxxing rules is another matter, but it's not a legal one.
What you've done here, though, is arguable very harmful to the staff who appear in photos on their Facebook page who haven't done anything wrong as now people (like me) will be going through their posts to see if they can figure it out. |
