lol, people buying properties do not have cash, we are literally in the middle of a house buying crisis, they have never been less affordable.

There are supports and grants available, its 10 years away and most will end up having to do this all anway (a boiler lasts 15 years max) The idea that a piece of minor legislation is going to bottom out the market in 10 years time is not really serious
