This post is a bit concerning to be honest.

From what I can gather someone who was in possession of a Non-Harassment Order basically went to this person’s workplace and demanded he was removed.

That isn’t the way they work, these orders prevent the offender from approaching the victim.

If the victim knows the offender works in Asda for example they couldn’t just turn up there and tell him to leave.

I would also say that the whole story is far from clear, domestic violence cases are absolutely horrible and difficult to prosecute.

The emotions and hurt they cause also often clouds people’s judgement and affects their behaviour after it.

We don’t really have any evidence that this conviction matches the story, plus if it does then the judge did not deem him enough of a danger to the public to justify sending him to prison.

This post has now however put him in danger of mob justice, many people have pointed out that he is in a room full of drunk people.

How soon do you think it will be before some drunk wannabe hard man attacks the photographer because he’s heard he’s a ‘beast’?

I wouldn’t have wanted that on my conscience which is why this post shouldn’t have been made.

I am in no way condoning this alleged behaviour at all, but to most of us it is hearsay and we have no way of knowing the truth. Even convictions rarely tell the full story.

I wouldn’t be comfortable with ruining someone’s life (these allegations will stick) based on a hearsay post on Reddit.
