I know - it was just a wee joke. I had a pal in London in the 90s who used to buy hash from a Turkish mini cab rank in Shaftsbury Avenue. You'd go in to the office, ask for a cab and an ounce of hash and you'd be away home. Right across the road from all the famous theatres.
