| Comment | I actually don't mind Tannochside folk saying they're fae Uddingston, just because Tannochside is this very small place with nae main street and no sense of a Tannochside community. If you said the the average Joe "I'm from Tannochside" they wouldn't know what the fuck that is. It feels like an extension of Uddingston.
But Viewpark, Baillieston, Bellshill and Bothwell are all proper, recognisable towns with a community and recognised boundaries. It's embarrassing to try and pretend you're from somewhere you're not |
