| Comment | Just a heads up, sometimes zoom therapy is cheaper if you are ok with it. It also opens up your options to outside the city. I see a therapist in dundee over zoom for £50 when it's £75 to see her in office. Plus I get to sit on my bed in my jammies to do it instead of hiking into town to sit in an office.
Aside from that, you should narrow down what kind of therapy you're looking for/what issues you need treated. Then between that and your budget, you can start booking consultations and see if there's any you get on with. As far as I remember, there were some counselors available at First Psychology for £40 a session, but you may be wanting something more specialised or specific. |
