That’s the thing though, estate agents lying about this stuff isn’t victimless..
You move to a new city with no local knowledge, see an advert for a flat in Area A, research Area A and find out it’s great, then move in and find Area A is a mile and a half down the road and area B is dodgy as f*ck!!
