| Comment | I’m biased as have just bought a place in shawlands, but shawlands, pollokshields or Queen’s Park area. Nice and leafy, got Queen’s Park for the dog and not too far from pollok country park either. Lots of good restaurants/cafes and bakeries etc. Would get a really nice flat or small house for that budget too. Also still has a bit of a community feel and a bit less “rich” studenty than parts of west end |
