Where it might be worth checking is if it's one of those bus lanes that's a permanent bus lane (like the Argyle Street one that runs under the bridge at Central) a 7am-7pm bus gate, (like the one at Nelson Mandela Square) or one that's only operational between certain hours (like the one at Great Western Road that's only operational between like 6am and 9:30am and then again between 4pm and 7:30pm). That's where you might have a chance with an appeal. |
