| Comment | When my kid parked on the land, it was in Motherwell. The machine wasn’t working. There was no number or anything for her to call and she spoke to the people in the shops next to it and they told her they had no way to contact the company either. She tried about 5/6 different places to see if anyone knew how she could contact them. She didn’t avoid paying, she tried finding ways to but there just weren’t any. I know I’ve stuck myself right in it by phoning but it was a stressful day and I just wasn’t thinking properly at all. |
