I got a parking ticket a couple of years ago from the people that look after that car park at Elliot Street.

In the letter (PNC) they sent me, they advised if I wasn't driving the car I could pass over the driver's details -

They also supplied about 4 photos of my car in the PNC and you could see someone inside my car as well, couldn't see the face of the person, so it could have been anyone LOL.

They also advised that there are signs everywhere about parking charges etc.

I put in my appeal that I couldn't remember who was driving my car at that specific time. and if you could supply some photos of the driver so I could identify him, I would pass over his information. Also asked them to supply me with some photos (from the day in question) about these signs they advised are around the car park.

They couldn't do either of the above so canceled that ticket along with another 3 tickets that I got in that car park.
