You don’t go to jail because you might have committed a crime, yet there are still people who are wrongfully convicted. There’s people who were wrongfully convicted when there’s been witness evidence, evidence manufactured by police or witnesses, etc.
Killing one innocent person in the name of retribution would make us just as bad. |
