That state right is a last resort, cut the crap you and I both know this, also don't give me "DiD I sAy It wAs A dEtERrEnT", you offered this as a solution to a problem. I'm more than happy for them to spend the rest of their lives in jail because they are out of the way of society and no longer posing a danger to society!
