I don’t believe in the death penalty because there are people who are wrongly convicted and there’s people that are killed by the state and later found to be innocent. Killing one innocent person would make us just as bad as the murderers so it shouldn’t be an option.
There’s no foolproof method to ensuring that only the guilty people are killed either so if it was brought in, innocent people would be killed. That’s not worth it. |
