You would think so but prices there have went mental recently, there’s been 3 bed houses that are falling apart inside going for nearly £370k, which is 80-90 over the asking price..
Even some semis are going for close to £300k
We’ve been looking for months but think we’ll wait until interest rates rise and prices settle..
