| Comment | Agree with others. Go to a butcher and ask them. Even if they don’t have it in stock then, they should be able to get in. You’ll find rose veal in the uk, which I understand is different than most places in Europe (but that might be an old thing and things have changed on the continent). From what I’ve read it has a slightly stronger taste that the paler stuff, but not as strong as beef |
