| Comment | The thing is, as yet, we are not experiencing the full gentrification experience where new 'hipster bars' take over old man boozers, that doesn't seem to be happening. Yeah, these places charge £5 a pint but there are still plenty of alternatives where you can get a pint for under £4. Florida Park, Armstrongs, Neesons, QPC, The Quaich, Victoria Bar, The Georgic, Sweeneys, the old man is still very much catered for and so is the younger punter who enjoys a £5 pint. |
