Mate, not a professional but I'll give you some advice 8 got from a Dentist. Go for the amalgum white one. The white one bond's and becomes a part of the tooth. The silver one doesn't bond as much or at all (not sure) so isn't as strong, also it doesnt look as nice if that bothers you.
