| Comment | Personally - I waited for over 2 hours on a delivery and eventually went up to collect and their attitude was absolutely terrible.
Anecdotally I’ve heard lots of stories of just shocking customer service, long waiting times etc..
There was this story in the press a while ago which was reasonably funny to be fair

The thing is though they didn’t mean it to go viral, they have hundreds of reviews calling out the terrible service on trip advisor and just eat etc..
