I live in a council scheme. The entire area is full of bulk uplift thats been there since the change and its only getting worse. Most people around here have clearly thrown out something when its 100% useless. Beds snapped in half etc.
People here can barely afford to replace their broken things, nevermind paying to get them removed. In a year or 2 its going to be disgusting.
