| Comment | My main points of contact have been Build Standards, Planning, and Council Tax. By and large they have been helpful but there's been the odd plonker (as there is everywhere).
The main issue seems to be layer upon layer of management & bureaucracy leading to generated work that doesn't serve the public or the city. It also leads to tonnes of work and overloaded staff.
The staff are not the issue, the structure has systemic failings from the ground up. |
