Comment	I don’t mean to be a pessimist, but I don’t think this would warrant the landlord legally having to provide alternative accommodation? That’s presuming the leak can be easily fixed. If so then it’s just a case of waiting for the ceiling to dry out then re plastering it. It looks pretty horrendous but it should be easily fixed.
