| Comment | What’s the situation with the Romanian beggars, I know there’s a perception that they’re either trafficked or they are part of a money making machine, i suspect the truth is somewhere in between?
I remember a documentary that followed a gang of them back to a village in Romania and they had enviable lifestyles there..
But the ones in Glasgow I see do look extremely unhealthy and poor, do they access homeless services at all?
