Dunno about the ones at the plaza but I'm in the ones the other side of the road and I wouldn't buy one of them myself. They're not awful, but they're definitely cheaply made new builds. The underground parking is constantly flooded with all the pipes leaking, we've had leaks coming in from the flat above, and with the flat roof it's only a matter of time before theres more serious problems from the rain.

That being said, it might be worth a punt for a first step on the ladder? They're actually not that bad to live for 99% of the time, as has been said it's a bit of a no man's land but you're only five minutes down to trendy Viccy road. Neighbours in our bit are all very nice and normal. Train station right near and plenty of busses. Might get your car broken into or your bike pinched but there's not many places in this city where that doesn't happen.

My concerns would just be if you'll be able to sell it again in 5+ years time if the buildings start falling apart?
