Comment	All evidence is fallible. CCTV can be faked, witness statements can be wrong, DNA is circumstantial. People have been convicted because the police manufactured evidence and witnesses lied - those people would have been killed by state. There’s no foolproof way to only kill the guilty people, the death penalty, in any shape or form, would lead to innocent people being killed.
