Comment | Not into it at all. Don't think that the masses should be made to pay the price for those who do suffer from the terrible disease that alcoholism is. Access to proper support, which stems from proper funding is a more proportionate measure. At the end of the day, if someone is addicted to alcohol, the only way they'll change is if they want to change - not if they're priced out.
Seems like a move from the government to make it look like they're doing something more than anything else (and I say that as a pro Indy supporter who has previously voted SNP before I get attacked by the holier than thou crowd) |
