| Comment | I get that fiscal crises mean rejuvenation and maintenance projects have to forego aesthetics for the most part but it’s heartbreaking to see how little though goes into what the people of the city see on their day-to-day, so much focus on utility makes it hard to feel the soul of the city at times and it’s not something you can just hand wave off with “The people of the city give it its soul”. |
