| Comment | Check the transaction details, they can take a while to come through so it’s possible the trans was made on your old card.
If not from what you say it is much more likely to have occurred online, possibly from a Trojan virus or MITM.
Get your online devices checked and cleaned and change all your passwords.
I would also recommend taking the name of the companies off your post, it could be construed as libellous and one of the companies you mentioned can be quite heavy-handed legally.
