Problem is I honestly feel it'll do very little... based on what I've read here and heard from folks I know it seems to not been properly managed or enforced to begin with, and especially when you have idiots posting about sharing paper copies with mates when using digital versions themselves to get into gigs and such it seems nobody's taking it seriously anymore. |
