Two things though: do you really believe changes the UK makes are truly pointless? And what would you have the UK do to influence the "big 3"?
I'm disappointed with COP and that's an understatement. I'm also struggling to criticise it in part because I don't know what I'd replace it with, or what can be done to make it better. |
