This confuses me, surely your wage increase which is 1.8% above inflation is for that? Also, was it not a COP26 bonus before they went on strike and then they changed it to a “Glasgow Payment”? Why would you get a bonus for something you didn’t work for?

This confuses me, surely your wage increase which is 1.8% above inflation is for that?
