As good as solid contracts and deals for an independent Scotland if you ask me /s You do realise the organisation and costing of COP26 had nothing to do with the Scottish Government right? The budget and planning for it wasn't coming out of Holyrood, it was coming out of Westminster. In fact Tory ministers are on record saying they wanted to avoid the Scottish Gov having anything to do with it.
