Comment	No one’s saying they’re doing a pure class job. I was just in the city centre and wouldn’t say it was absolutely bogging or the east end either. What simple services and standards have they broke their promise on? The budget has risen well above inflation, 28% to be exact since 2013. Not sure about wages but they were increased 1.8% above inflation this year.
