| Comment | The traditional pigeon coops found random on waste ground around Glasgow, in their hay day were money making exercise. Their purpose was to attract racing pigeons, those that were lost, hungry or just fancied a stop over.
A racing pigeon was tagged and upon its capture the owner was contacted and they were required pay a fee.
You are able to remove them if you prove they be causing a nuisance, public health problem. |
