| Comment | I feel your anguish. Things can only get better. I was in a similar position this time last year and understand how painful it can be. Took me 7 months to even get an interview and each day was a battle to complete the simplest tasks. Since then things have really gone from strength to strength but I’m trying not to forget those unemployed days living alone in isolation.
Speak to friends/family where you can. Make small talk with the cashier at your local Tesco, the postman, the bus driver etc. don’t forget to engage in human interaction and trust one day you’ll look back and realise just how different thing are to what they are now. |
