| Comment | Before the pandemic, I would often find myself waiting almost 40 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor - now, I need to fill out a form on their website which they advise will be responded to "within 1-3 working days" then when I call up after that timescale passes to ask about getting to speak with someone get "we're really busy at the minute you just need to wait have you seeked other support?" - still haven't spoken to anyone like 2 weeks later, thankfully I found I can buy small doses of the tablet I was prescribed from Boots and been managing on that intermittently. I'd change doctor's but figure with the situation at the moment it'll be the same everywhere for some time. |
