Comment | I’ve wondered whether they could implement a system where a time slot is selected instead, which would reduce the likeliness of missing the call so surely save any time spent setting it up?
The system for phone appointments feels incredibly archaic. I can book time slots for most things but not for a phone call regarding health matters, where surely it matters most. I’d prefer to book a time slot online if I could. Anyone in the NHS got thoughts on this? Is it infeasible? |
