| Comment | I think it’s because of the nature of the service you are being given- people take their health much more seriously than a house utility, and a docs appointment is often urgent, surrounded by worry and stress, and other potential emotional issues. You speak to a doctor when something is wrong, maybe preparing for having sensitive conversations about private stuff...etc etc. Hence why the timing is an issue if that is an added difficulty or uncertainty on top of everything else. You need answers, not missed calls. |
