Got a mortgage for move in December. Team were fantastic, our advisor got promoted past way through the process and we were moved to someone else, but this was handled so smoothly it didn't matter. Most of our appointments were with Louise, who was very competent and found us a good deal. Will be back when the time comes to remortgage.
