I lost my dad 3 years ago, and to this day I still have random break downs. The silliest thing can trigger it. It does get easier mate, the feelings of pain and hurt will subside. You'll be left with nice thoughts and happy memories and then you'll begin to heal a little easier. But take it a day at a time, there's no normal way through grief and you'll cope with it with ways that's different to everyone else. Not a day goes by that I don't think of my dad and miss him, but I'm happy with that and can live my normal life again. It just takes a while mate. I'm on Xbox when I'm not working, you ever want a distraction and an ear to listen, I'll be there. Stay strong
