From time immemorial there is always someone selling pouches of rolling tobacco at the Barras, just listen for them shouting 'tabacca!' periodically to hawk their wares.
I have no fucking clue about quality price brands etc, but its liable to be either shitty or fake brands or genuine stuff that has fallen off the back of a lorry.
If you have never been, going to The Barras is never a dull experience.
