| Comment | I contacted my councilor to complain about having to wait 6 weeks between green bin collections. He contacted the refuse department and one of them came out to my house to explain the policy. He also took the bin bags lying next to my bin away with him and apologised about the wait.
If they don't pick it up tomorrow, your next stop should be your councillor, not the refuse department. |
