Just an update - phoned today said I tried to put a complaint in yesterday but phones closed at 1pm. She said I can’t put a complaint in as the bins are meant to be collected tomorrow so I would have to see if they are collected.
I explained my complaint was paying for a service and not receiving it - I.e tax for bins. She said it’s only a tiny proportion of my council tax.
Honestly just want the service I pay for and living in a tenement means it’s not just my waste 😂
I’ve tried so hard to recycle and use glass and clothing banks since moving but this means it’s stuff it in anywhere that fits. |
