I'll admit I havent read any studies or sources around the average income of a Glasgow beggar, but I do find it hard to believe they're raking in £24k/year tax free, putting them squarely in the top 50% (perhaps even 40% in reality given no tax deduction) of earners in the UK.
As I say; not having a go at you about this, and recognise with your previous comment that you will know more than I had assumed about gold etc, but it's impossible for either of us to prove. All I am saying is that it reeks of a modern slavery arrangement so far as I've been trained and I think it's important under those circumstances to report it to the watchdog for investigation rather than make any assumptions. |
