| Comment | There’s a place underneath central station bridge, it looks like a USA nails kinda place from outside but they have a hair salon in the back with only black/Afro hairdressers from what I’ve seen. I don’t know if they actually sell any products but I do think they’d be able to point you in the right direction if you went in and asked.
It’s just across the road from the stairs that bring you down from the main level to underneath the bridge. |
