Maybe Mt Florida is a bad example really as South side is probably the most desireable location atm. But hey, you can get a solid property for around 150k somewhere else in the city. If you are willing to commute 10min by train and look in Paisley - oh boy!
Maybe people just don't realise how the housing market looks like elsewhere?
