Pretty standard price for the area, in the condition the house is in tbf.
I live in Castlemilk. My pal bought an absolute shitehole of a house a few years ago that was a bank foreclosure for £50k. Spent £12k fixing it up. He moved to another house 2 years later and sold it for £90k.
