Comment	Pal used to stay in the 5 apartments up there, some size in it! If you have the money and time, you can make great money or get into a cheaper house with a fixer upper. I'm working from home at the minute with tons of free time between meetings, I could sink about 12 hours a day into fixing up a house atm.
