| Comment | Yea, my estimate is for a finish to nice, high level as I would like to have myself not a minimum possible to get away with. It probably would be doable for 25k if you cut the costs to minimum but I see damp issue coming from the roof so there likely will be some works to the roof needed plus damp.
I did renovation of 2 flats so far and it is always more then you think. I dont think you will do bathroom for 2k unless you want to do the works yourself. I got estimate for my little bathroom for 5k excluding all materials and equipment. |
