Comment	The point is that the Rightmove ad is devoid of any of the euphemistic schpiel estate agents normally use for dilapidated properties. Things like: * "Rustic" * "A fixer-upper" * "A handyman's dream" * "Has potential" So the description isn't focusing on the positive aspects as much as you'd expect. It's just stating blunt facts ("it has a kitchen", "it has a driveway" etc.)
